Leading the appointments is Mrs. Joyce Bawah Mogtari, who takes on the dual role of Presidential Adviser and Special Aide to the President. The operational structure of the presidency has been reinforced with Stanislav Xoese Dogbe as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, while Nana Oye Bampoe Addo will oversee administration in a parallel Deputy Chief of Staff role.
The economic and anti-corruption sectors receive particular attention in these appointments. Seth Emmanuel Terkper, appointed as Presidential Adviser on the Economy, brings his expertise to guide economic policy, while Professor Francis Dodoo will spearhead the National Anti-Corruption Programme as Presidential Adviser.
In a notable diplomatic appointment, Larry Gbevlo-Lartey has been named Special Envoy to the Alliance of Sahelian States, signalling Ghana's commitment to regional cooperation and stability in West Africa. The presidential communications team has also been strengthened with Shamima Muslim assuming the role of Deputy Presidential Spokesperson.
Other strategic appointments include Nana Yaa Jantuah and Beatrice Annanfio as Presidential Staffers, while Professor Kwaku Danso-Boafo rounds out the appointments as Cabinet Secretary, bringing academic expertise to the executive cabinet's coordination.
