How to Submit a Copyright Complaint
To help us properly review your complaint, please include the following information:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work
Clearly identify the original copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. Where possible, provide a link to the original work or other information that helps us verify your ownership or rights.
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Provide the URL of the page on MuzicGh where the material appears and clearly identify the specific content you believe infringes your copyright.
3. Proof of ownership or authorization
Provide reasonable evidence that you are the copyright owner or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Your contact information
Provide sufficient information for us to contact you, including your full name, a valid email address, and, where appropriate, other relevant contact details.
5. Good-faith statement
Include a statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or applicable law.
6. Accuracy and authorization statement
Include a statement confirming that the information provided in your complaint is accurate and that, where you are acting on behalf of a copyright owner, you are authorized to do so.
7. Signature
Your complaint should be signed, electronically or otherwise, by the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
Where the Material Is Hosted
If the allegedly infringing material is hosted directly on MuzicGh, we will review the complaint and may remove, restrict access to, or otherwise address the material where we determine that action is appropriate.If MuzicGh only provides a link to material hosted on a third-party website, we cannot remove the material from that third-party website. However, we may review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the relevant link from MuzicGh.
Review Time
We aim to acknowledge and review properly submitted copyright complaints within 2–3 business days.The time required to resolve a complaint may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the matter. We may request additional information where necessary to verify a claim.
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee that material will automatically be removed. MuzicGh reserves the right to investigate the circumstances and determine the appropriate action based on the information available and applicable law.
