Anfoega Senior High School has launched its Diamond Jubilee celebrations with a detailed week-long programme that combines civic action, cultural events, academic competitions, and community outreach, all anchored by a central call from the school's Old Students Association for deeper stakeholder investment in education.

The 60th anniversary, running from March 22 to 29, 2026, marks six decades since the school's founding in 1965. Festivities are organised under the theme "Celebrating 60 Years: The Role of Stakeholders in Providing Quality Education for the 21st Century," with President John Dramani Mahama expected to attend as Guest of Honour.

The days that followed were mapped out to engage multiple audiences. Tuesday, March 24, featured fun games in the morning and a Cultural and Chorale Night in the evening, events designed to showcase the school's artistic and communal traditions. Wednesday, March 25, took a more civic turn, with a community clean-up exercise at principal establishments in Anfoega during the morning, followed by a Career Day and Talks in the afternoon, and the Talent Show, Miss Anfoesec, rounding off the evening.
