The directive, signed by Director-General Ruth Dela Seddoh on January 30, aims to provide personnel with adequate time to fulfill their administrative requirements while introducing new procedural protocols to streamline operations at District Offices.
In a move designed to reduce overcrowding and improve efficiency, the NSA has instituted a mandatory appointment scheduling requirement. Personnel must now book an appointment via their individual online dashboards prior to visiting NSA District Offices.
According to the press release, the scheduling feature will be activated on Sunday, February 1, 2026. The Authority has advised that this measure is intended to ensure an "orderly, efficient and convenient submission process," mitigating the congestion often associated with physical submissions.

The NSA emphasized that compliance with the new timeline is critical for financial processing. The submission of Monthly Evaluation Forms remains the primary metric for validating active service status.
"NSP are cautioned that failure to submit their Monthly Evaluation Forms by the new deadline may result in delays in processing of allowance," the statement read.
Personnel are urged to rely exclusively on official NSA communication channels for further updates and to utilize the extension period to regularize their status immediately.
