In a statement addressing concerns from ticket purchasers, GFA Communications clarified that ticket distribution will be entirely electronic and managed through the official FIFA Ticketing Application.
The specialized mobile application is scheduled to be released for download in the near future. According to the GFA, purchasers will gain direct access to their tickets once the application is downloaded, installed, and activated.
The GFA added that it remains in ongoing communication with FIFA to seek clarity and ensure a swift resolution to the distribution process, acknowledging the anxieties felt by its stakeholders.
"We are constantly engaging FIFA to seek clarity and a swift resolution, as we fully understand the frustrations and concerns of our partners and supporters," the GFA statement said.
