Samsung Brings Galaxy A57 5G And A37 5G To Ghana With AI Upgrades And Long-Term Software Support

According to Graphic Online, the two devices bring advanced artificial intelligence-powered features, upgraded cameras, and long-term software support to consumers at more affordable price points, forming part of Samsung's broader strategy to extend AI-enabled mobile technology beyond its flagship devices.
TM Roh, Chief Executive Officer, President and Head of Device eXperience Division at Samsung Electronics, said the new devices demonstrate the company's commitment to expanding artificial intelligence capabilities across more products, adding that the Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G would deliver "reliable everyday performance to users around the world and drive rapid AI expansion."
Both devices run on the latest One UI 8.5 software and feature an upgraded "Awesome Intelligence" system designed to simplify daily activities and improve productivity. Among the AI-powered features introduced are Voice Transcription, AI Select, and an enhanced Object Eraser for removing unwanted elements from photographs more naturally.
The Galaxy A57 5G also introduces an upgraded Best Face feature and support for Google's Circle to Search with multi-object recognition for easier visual searches.
On durability, Graphic Online reports that both smartphones are rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. Samsung has also committed to up to six generations of Android OS and One UI upgrades alongside six years of security updates. Security features include Samsung Knox Vault protection, Privacy Alerts, Theft Protection, Auto Blocker, and a new Private Album feature for safeguarding personal media files.
The devices are now available in Ghana through authorised retail outlets and partner stores nationwide.
